FileInspect

Description:

FileInspect allows you to easily search and learn about Windows processes running on your PC. We are always curious to know what a particular process is, and most importantly if it is a safe one or a harmful one. FileInspect helps answer this through their large database of Windows processes.

You can either search for a process by typing it’s name in the search box, or use the alphabetically organized directory. For each process there is a description, a recommendation, detailed info such as the author and where it is used, and of course a clear indication of whether the file is safe, unsafe, or dangerous. You can even read the comments of other people or leave your own.
