Description:

TrailBehind is your quickest way to find great places to hike. The website is basically a map that details thousands of parks and forests, with millions of interesting places to visit, linking trip reports from all over the world.

At the top top level, the map shows national parks, and it reveals more features as you zoom in. Tree icons on the map indicate parks, and orange notebooks identify places with reports.

TrailBehind is the creation of Anna Hentzel, Andrew Johnson, and Timothy Bowen, and you can follow the updates @trailbehind on Twitter.
